摘要
分析在医院管理中科研管理存在的问题,例如,科研管理人员组成及责任分配、科研管理队伍的知识理论基础、科研经费预算与使用规范情况、科研管理制度陈旧及奖惩机制不健全等;进而提出科研管理在医院管理中的具体措施与未来展望,强化科研人员的培训引导及理念转变,对课题申报及批准立项的管理、科研成果评估及奖励管理等制度进行改革,促进科研经费信息化管理以及提出创新现代医院管理制度及模式,推进医院现代化建设的进程。
The current situation of scientific research management is discussed,and the problems existing in hospital management are analyzed.For example,the composition of scientific research management personnel and the distribution of responsibilities,the knowledge and theoretical basis of the scientific research management team,the budget and use of scientific research funds,the outdated scientific research management system,and the imperfect reward and punishment mechanism.Then,the specific measures and future prospects of scientific research management in hospital management are put forward,and the training and guidance of scientific research personnel and the concept change are strengthened.Reform the management of project application and approval,the evaluation of scientific research achievements and the management of rewards,promote the information management of scientific research funds,and propose innovative modern hospital management systems and models to promote the process of hospital modernization.
