智慧医院病患档案数据管理平台设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Patient File Data Management Platform in Smart Hospital

为解决智慧医院病患档案数据管理过程中存在的终端对档案数据利用率低等问题,文章研究基于智慧医院可持续发展角度,从硬件与软件两个方面,对病患档案数据管理平台展开设计,选用型号为U5098-580的一体式读写器、型号为R740XD-890的RFID应用服务器作为此平台的主要硬件;考虑到不同档案在医院云端内的属性存在重叠,因此采用对档案数据进行标准化处理的方式,将各类档案数据经过采集、导入、预处理和统计等流程,传送到数据中心,建立医院病患数据档案资源库;选用ASP.NET管理工具,设计档案管理业务流程,优化档案数据管理平台功能。对比实验证明,文章提出的管理平台在实际应用中能够有效提高对病患档案数据资源的利用,进而促进病患档案利用价值的提升。

In order to solve the problem of low utilization rate of archives data by terminals in the process of patient archives data management in smart hospital,the research is based on the perspective of sustainable development of smart hospital.From the two aspects of hardware and software,the patient file data management platform is designed.The integrated reader and writer with model u5098-580 and RFID application server with model r740xd-890are selected as the main hardware components of the platform;The hospital’s archives and patient’s archives are pre processed in the cloud,taking into account the different attributes of the archives and patient’s archives.Therefore,the hospital’s archives are pre processed and transferred to the hospital’s archives;Select ASP Net management tool to design the business process of archives management and optimize the function of archives data management platform.Comparative experiments show that the proposed management platform can effectively improve the utilization of patient file data resources in practical application,and then promote the utilization value of patient files.
