Affected by the rapid development of science and technology,computer technology has become one of the core technologies in the transformation of various industries.With the increase of consumers’attention to food safety,the quality inspection of agricultural products is becoming more and more important.As a modern nondestructive testing scheme,computer vision technology has the advantages of less sample demand,simple use and fast processing speed.This paper studies the application of computer vision technology in agricultural product quality testing,brief ly describes the connotation of computer vision technology,and expounds the application countermeasures of machine vision technology in agricultural product quality nondestructive testing from different dimensions,in order to provide reference for relevant people.
