摘要 伴随着5G的规模商用,5G行业专网逐渐应用到工业制造、煤矿、港口等千行百业。在工业制造领域,5G逐渐从工业外网深入走向工业内网,由此推动了5G新技术在工业制造领域的不断创新和成熟;3GPP R16也针对行业应用不断完善5G新技术引入,包括e LCS、5GLAN、u RLLC、TSN、NPN等,其中室内高精度定位e LCS和5GLAN作为使能5G和工业制造等行业应用深入融合、打造智能制造工厂的关键技术,受到了广泛关注及应用探索。文章基于对5G LAN、e LCS等5G新技术在工业制造领域的实践,深入分析行业痛点需求,开展技术分析、验证及价值评估,通过5G专网增强技术提高工业制造领域数字化水平,并探索5G新技术未来规模商用之路。 With the large-scale commercial use of 5G,5G industry private network is gradually applied to thousands of industries such as industrial manufacturing,coal mine and port.In the field of industrial manufacturing,5G has gradually moved from industrial extranet to industrial intranet,which promotes the continuous innovation and maturity of 5G new technology in the field of industrial manufacturing;3GPP R16 also continuously improves the introduction of 5G new technologies for industrial applications,including elcs,5G LAN,urllc,TSN,NPN,etc.indoor highprecision positioning elcs and 5G LAN,as the key technologies to enable the in-depth integration of 5G and industrial manufacturing applications and build intelligent manufacturing factories,have attracted extensive attention and application exploration.Based on the practice of 5G new technologies such as 5G LAN and elcs in the field of industrial manufacturing,this paper deeply analyzes the needs of industry pain points,carries out technical analysis,verification and value evaluation,improves the digital level in the field of industrial manufacturing through 5G private network enhancement technology,and explores the road of large-scale commercial use of 5g new technologies in the future.
