摘要 在力学计量领域内,电子汽车衡是普遍应用的一项计量器具,其作为机械式衡器的更新换代产品而被人们广泛认可,被诸多企业广泛应用。伴随着电子汽车衡的不断发展,整体朝着智能化和模块化趋势迈进,在实施电子汽车衡计量检定期间,不管是安装接地还是调试以及抗干扰等方面,都对于电子汽车衡计量检定结果产生了巨大的影响。因为电子汽车衡稳定性和精度极高,因此能够确保称重系统处于稳定运行的工作状态。依照我国相关法律要求,就需要加强检定力度,尽量消除影响因素,控制误差。文章主要分析和探究了电子汽车衡示值检定期间存在的相关误差,结合电子汽车衡的结构以及运行原理提出了完善的策略。 In the field of mechanical measurement,electronic truck scale is a widely used measuring instrument.As the renewal of mechanical weighing instrument,it is widely recognized by people and widely used by many enterprises.With the continuous development of electronic tr uck scale,the whole is moving towards the trend of intelligence and modularization.During the implementation of electronic truck scale measurement verification,whether it is installation grounding,commissioning and anti-interference,it has a great impact on the measurement verification results of electronic tr uck scale.Because the electronic tr uck scale has high stability and precision,it can ensure that the weighing system is in a stable working state.According to the relevant legal requirements of our country,it is necessary to strengthen the verification,eliminate the inf luencing factors and control the errors.This paper mainly analyzes and explores the relevant errors existing during the indication verification of the electronic truck scale,and puts forward a perfect strategy combined with the structure and operation principle of the electronic truck scale.
