SIRT1 Treatment of Psoriasis through Multiple Targets and Prospect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment

银屑病是一种常见皮肤病,目前尚无令人满意的治疗药物。沉默信息调节因子1(SIRT1)作为一种去乙酰化酶,在遗传、代谢、抗炎以及促分化方面发挥关键性调节作用。SIRT1在银屑病中表达会降低,提示其可能在银屑病的发生中发挥重要作用。SIRT1可能通过核因子κB通路、信号转导及转录活化因子3通路、促分裂原活化的蛋白激酶通路等发挥作用。中药作为众多活性靶点的天然激活剂,可以有效激活SIRT1的表达,推测其可用于银屑病的治疗。进一步探索SIRT1对银屑病的干预机制及靶点,研究新型中药制剂调控SIRT1作用,对临床治疗银屑病具有重要的指导意义。

Psoriasis is a common skin disease for which there is currently no satisfactory treatment.Silent information regulator 1(SIRT1)as a sirtuin,plays a key regulatory role in genetics,metabolism,anti-inflammation and pro-differentiation.The expression of SIRT1 is decreased in psoriasis,suggesting that it may play an important role in the occurrence of psoriasis.SIRT1 may play a role through the nuclear factorκB pathway,the signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 pathway,and the mitogen activated protein kinase pathway.As a natural activator of many active targets,traditional Chinese medicine can effectively activate the expression of SIRT1,and it is speculated that it can be used for the treatment of psoriasis.Further exploration of the intervention mechanism and targets of SIRT1 on psoriasis,and research on the regulation of SIRT1 by new traditional Chinese medicine preparations have great guiding significance for the clinical treatment of psoriasis.
