长链非编码RNA UCA1与妇科恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)尿路上皮癌胚抗原1(UCA1)在多种恶性肿瘤中高表达,被认为是一种癌基因。lncRNA UCA1在宫颈癌、卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌中同样显著高表达,可作为竞争性内源性RNA通过调控下游蛋白质水平和激活下游信号通路等作用机制促进细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭和上皮-间充质转化过程,抑制细胞凋亡,从而介导妇科恶性肿瘤的发生发展过程。血清或外泌体中的lncRNA UCA1可用于妇科恶性肿瘤的早期诊断和疾病监测。高表达lncRNA UCA1常预示妇科恶性肿瘤患者预后不良。而靶向lncRNA UCA1能够抑制妇科恶性肿瘤的进展以及提高对放化疗的敏感性。lncRNA UCA1在妇科恶性肿瘤的早期诊断、靶向治疗和预后评估中显示出潜在的应用价值,其有望在临床得到进一步验证和应用。 Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)urothelial carcinoma antigen 1(UCA1)is highly expressed in a variety of malignant tumors and is considered to be an oncogene.lncRNA UCA1 is similarly significantly highly expressed in cervical,ovarian,and endometrial cancer,where it can promote cell proliferation,migration,invasion,and epithelial-mesenchymal transition processes by acting as a competing endogenous RNA,regulating downstream protein levels and activating downstream signaling pathways,and inhibiting apoptosis,thereby mediating the development and progression of gynecologic malignancies.lncRNA UCA1 in serum or exosomes can be used for early diagnosis and disease monitoring of gynecologic malignancies.High expression of lncRNA UCA1 often indicates poor prognosis in patients with gynecologic malignancies.Targeting lncRNA UCA1 can inhibit the progression of gynecologic malignancies as well as improve sensitivity to chemoradiotherapy.lncRNA UCA1 has shown potential applications in the early diagnosis,targeted therapy,and prognosis assessment of gynecologic malignancies,which is expected to be further validated and applied in the clinic.
