摘要
在绿色建筑高速发展的过程中,绿色建筑设计存在重指标、轻设计,以及设计与建设、运行脱节等突出问题。文章以广州科技图书馆为例,通过分析研究HQE绿色建筑评价体系,发现其具有注重方法、强调管理、全过程认证等特点,可为项目提供全生命周期的可持续发展框架与思路,解决“双碳”时代绿色建筑设计的痛点,把节约资源、功能灵活适应、运行舒适节能落到实处。
In the process of the rapid development of green buildings, there are some prominent problems in green building design, such as focusing on indicators rather than design, the disconnection between design,construction and operation. Taking the Guangzhou Science and Technology Library as an example, the article analyzes the High Quality Environment(HQE) and finds that it has the characteristics of focusing on methods,emphasizing management, and whole-process certification, which can provide the framework and ideas for sustainable development throughout the life cycle of the project, solve the pain points of green building design in the "double carbon" era, and implement resource conservation, flexible function adaptation, comfortable operation and energy conservation.
