磁响应纳米材料在骨组织工程中的应用

摘要 生物材料作为骨组织替代物为治疗骨缺损或骨折不愈合提供了新的思路。传统纳米材料具有损伤细胞黏附、细胞毒性强等缺点。制备高效、毒性低的生物材料成为了目前组织工程领域的研究热点。磁性纳米粒子为骨再生提供磁力刺激,电磁场作为一种非侵入性物理疗法促进骨修复,两者结合制备的磁响应纳米材料在生物医学领域得到了广泛的研究和应用。该文对磁响应纳米材料的制备、分类及在骨组织工程中的应用作一综述。 As bone tissue substitutes,biomaterials provide a new idea for the treatment of bone defects or fracture nonunion.However,conventional nanomaterials have the disadvantages of damaging cell adhesion and strong cytotoxicity.Thus,the preparation of biomaterials with high efficiency and low toxicity has become a current research hotspot in the field of tissue engineering.Magnetic nanoparticles can provide magnetic stimulation for bone regeneration,and the electromagnetic field is a kind of non-invasive physical therapy to promote bone repair.The magnetic responsive nanomaterials prepared by the combination of the magnetic nanoparticles and the electromagnetic field have been widely studied and applied in the biomedical field.In this paper,the preparation,classification and application of magnetic responsive nanomaterials in bone tissue engineering are reviewed.
