摘要
Ⅱ型固有免疫细胞(ILC2)受刺激后可产生Th2型细胞因子,促进变应性鼻炎(AR)迟发相反应。miR-155在免疫系统的发育、免疫细胞的成熟分化以及维持免疫功能中都发挥至关重要的作用。GATA结合蛋白3(GATA3)是能够促进ILC2发育成熟的转录因子,而在肿瘤研究中,GATA3是miR-155的靶基因。该文对参与AR鼻黏膜中的ILC2转录因子GATA3及可干扰其表达的miR-155作一综述。
TypeⅡinnate lymphoid cells(ILC2)are stimulated to produce T-helper lymphocyte type 2(Th2)cytokines,which promote late phase reaction in allergic rhinitis(AR).Micro ribonucleic acid-155(microRNA-155,miR-155)plays a crucial role in the development of the immune system,the maturation and differentiation of immune cells and the maintenance of immune function.GATA binding protein 3(GATA3)is a transcription factor that can promote the development and maturation of ILC2,and in tumor research,GATA3 is the target gene of miR-155.In this paper,we mainly review the transcription factor GATA3 of ILC2 which is involved in AR in nasal mucosa and miR-155 which can interfere with GATA3 expression.
