摘要
职业教育的关键在于育人,育人的关键在于契合企业、社会及经济发展的需要,而高素质技术技能人才正好可以满足这迫切需求,校企合作正是实现这一育人目标的重要举措。简要介绍了校企合作的背景,并着重围绕校企共训、订单合作、岗位承包、现代学徒制等模式,就校企合作的具体实现形式进行了探究,期望能够为职业教育的健康、有序、可持续发展提供一些启示。
The key to vocational education is to educate people.The key to educating people is to meet the needs of enterprises,society and Economic Development.School-enterprise cooperation is an important measure to realize this educational goal.This paper briefly introduces the background of school-enterprise cooperation,and probes into the concrete realization forms of schoolenterprise cooperation,focusing on the modes of school-enterprise co-training,ordered-talents cooperation,post contract and modern apprenticeship system,etc.It is hoped that the the study can provide some enlightenment for the healthy,orderly and sustainable development of the vocational education.
