摘要 工作台是打印机的关键机构,工作台合理的设计对打印机有着重要的影响。为了获得3D打印机合理的工作机构设计参数,利用Ansys workbench软件对FDM型3D打印机的工作台进行有限元分析,得到工作台的等效应力和最大变形量。仿真结构显示工作台数值较大,需要进行优化。以工作台支撑梁的布置方式、宽度和高度为设计变量,得到工作台的等效应力及最大变形量。综合分析得到工作台最优方案为3根横向支撑梁和3根竖向支撑梁的布置方式、支撑梁宽度为10 cm、支撑梁高度为2 cm。优化后的工作台最大等效应力为163.56 MPa,降低了75.94 MPa,优化后最大变形量为0.18936 mm,降低了0.07008 mm,达到了工作台优化设计目的。 The worktable was the key mechanism of printer.Its reasonable design has an important influence on the printer.In order to obtain reasonable design parameters of 3D printer's working mechanism,Ansys Workbench software was used to carry out finite element analysis on the workbench of FDM 3D printer,and the equivalent stress and maximum deformation of the workbench were obtained.The simulation structure show that the table value was large and need to be optimized.Taking the layout,width and height of the supporting beam as design variables,the equivalent stress and maximum deformation of the table were obtained.After comprehensive analysis,the optimal plan of the workbench was the layout of three horizontal support beams and three vertical support beams,the width of the support beam is 10 cm,and the height of the support beam is 2 cm.The maximum equivalent stress of the optimized table is 163.56 mpa,reduced by 75.94 mpa,the maximum deformation of the optimized table is 0.18936 mm,reduced by 0.07008 mm,the purpose of optimal design of the workbench is achieved.
