粤港澳大湾区视阈下中药学专业型硕士培养模式的探索和实践

Exploration and Practice of Training Mode for Professional Masters of Chinese Pharmacy from the Perspective of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

随着中医药高等教育的发展,中药学专业型硕士招生规模已超过学术型硕士,但也面临培养动能不足、企业协作度不够、培养评价标准专属性不强等问题,亟须进行培养模式创新。在粤港澳大湾区视阈下,进行中药产业发展和中医药高等教育调研,着眼于中药学人才国际视野和综合素质提升,进行中药学专硕科研技能二维培养模式构建与实践,取得良好成效。

With the development of higher education of traditional Chinese medicine,the enrollment scale of professional master of traditional Chinese medicine has exceeded that of academic master,but it is also faced with the problems of insufficient training kinetic energy,insufficient enterprise cooperation,and weak specificity of training evaluation criteria,which is urgent to innovate the training mode.From the perspective of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry and the investigation of higher education of traditional Chinese medicine were carried out.Focusing on the international vision of Chinese medicine talents and the improvement of comprehensive quality,the construction and practice of two-dimensional training mode of scientific research skills of master of Chinese medicine were carried out,and good results were achieved.
