内镜下鼻腔扩容术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的效果及对鼻腔结构的影响

Effect of Endoscopic Nasal Dilatation on Nasal Septum Deviation and Its Influence on Nasal Structure

目的:探讨内镜下鼻腔扩容术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的效果及对鼻腔结构的影响。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年12月三明市中西医结合医院收治的166例鼻中隔偏曲患者。按照患者手术方式差异,将患者分成研究组和对照组,每组83例。对照组给予鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予内镜下鼻腔扩容术。比较两组疗效、症状评分、鼻腔结构、并发症发生情况和临床满意度。结果:研究组总有效率为95.18%,高于对照组的73.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,研究组鼻塞、鼻出血、头疼评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,研究组鼻腔狭窄侧下鼻甲最内缘与鼻中隔的水平距离长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,两组鼻腔狭窄侧下鼻甲最内缘与鼻中隔的水平距离均长于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为1.20%,低于对照组的8.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意度为96.39%,高于对照组的80.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用内镜下鼻腔扩容术治疗鼻中隔偏曲,能够提升临床综合疗效,显著改善患者临床症状,恢复患者鼻腔结构,是临床治疗鼻中隔偏曲的理想方法之一。

Objective:To investigate the effect of endoscopic nasal dilatation on nasal septum deviation and its influence on nasal structure.Method:A total of 166 patients with nasal septum deviation admitted to Sanming Integrated Medicine Hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected.According to the differences in surgical methods,the patients were divided into study group and control group,with 83 patients in each group.The control group received correction of nasal septum deviation,and the study group received endoscopic nasal dilatation on the basis of the control group.Efficacy,symptom score,nasal structure,incidence of complications and clinical satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was 95.18%,which was higher than 73.49%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,scores of nasal congestion,epistaxis and headache in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the horizontal distance between the innermost edge of inferior turbinate and the nasal septum of the narrow nasal cavity in the study group was longer than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the horizontal distance between the innermost edge of inferior turbinate and the nasal septum of the narrow nasal cavity in both groups were longer than those before surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 1.20%,which was lower than 8.43%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the study group was 96.39%,which was higher than 80.72%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic nasal dilatation in the treatment of nasal septal deviation can improve the clinical comprehensive curative effect,significantly improve the clinical symptoms and restore the nasal structure,it is one of the ideal methods for the clinical treatment of nasal septal deviation.
