愉快因子回输式护理干预对精神分裂症患者日常生活能力、主动交往能力和社会活动能力的影响

Effect of Pleasant Factor Reinfusion Nursing Intervention on Ability of Daily Living,Active Communication and Social Activities in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:探索愉快因子回输式护理干预对精神分裂症患者日常生活能力、主动交往能力及社会活动能力的影响。方法:以2018年6月-2020年6月广州市民政局精神病院收治的126例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,随机数字表法将其分为参照组与试验组,各63例。参照组给予常规护理进行干预,试验组在参照组基础上给予愉快因子回输式护理干预。对比两组入院时、干预结束后1周日常生活能力、主动交往能力及社会活动能力。结果:试验组干预结束后1周Barthel指数量表评分高于参照组,社交回避及苦恼量表(SAD)、改良社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者应用愉快因子回输式护理干预,能有效改善患者的心理封闭状态,提升其日常生活能力、主动交往能力及社会活动能力。

Objective:To explore the effect of pleasant factor reinfusion nursing intervention on the ability of daily living,active communication and social activities in patients with schizophrenia.Method:A total of 126 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Psychiatric Hospital of Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau from June 2018 to June 2020 were taken as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,63 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing interventions,the experimental group was given pleasant factor reinfusion nursing on the basis of the reference group.The daily living ability,active communication ability and social activity ability were compared between the two groups at admission and 1 week after the intervention.Result:At 1 week after intervention,the score of Barthel index scale in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,and the scores of social avoidance and distress scale(SAD)and improved social function screening scale(SDSS)were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of pleasant factor reinfusion nursing intervention for patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve the patient’s psychological closed state and enhance their ability of daily life,active communication and social activity abability.
