社区人群器官捐献意愿及死亡态度的调查研究

Organ Donation Willingness to Community People and the Investigation of the Attitude to Death

目的调查社区人群器官捐献的意愿和死亡态度,分析两者的影响因素以及两者间的相关性。方法采取方便抽样法选取咸宁市的部分社区人群作为研究对象。问卷由一般资料、死亡态度量表和器官捐献意愿量表组成。发放纸质问卷290份后回收有效问卷261份,总结261位社区人群的一般情况,分析其对器官捐献的认知、态度和意愿以及死亡态度现状,并研究死亡态度和器官捐献意愿是否有一定的相关性。结果目前社区人群对器官捐献知识了解不全面,并且数据结果显示愿意器官捐献的只有16%。居民器官捐献态度比较正向,但是器官捐献意愿不强烈。器官捐献意愿与死亡恐惧呈负相关。结论社区人群器官捐献意愿处于较低水平,与器官捐献知识了解过少以及死亡恐惧有关。社会应该积极宣传器官捐献相关知识,并且加强死亡教育,推动器官移植事业的发展。

Objective To investigate organ donation intention and death attitude of community population,and analyze the influencing factors of organ donation and death attitude and whether there is a certain correlation between them.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select some community groups in Xianning.The questionnaire was composed of general data,death attitude scale and organ donation willingness scale.After issuing 290 paper questionnaires,261 valid questionnaires were collected to summarize the general situation of 261 community people,and to analyze their cognition,attitude and intention to organ donation and their attitude towards death,and to study whether there is a certain correlation between death attitude and organ donation intention.Results Knowledge of organ donation is not well understood in the community,and data show that only 16%of people are willing to donate.The attitude of residents towards organ donation is positive,but the intention of organ donation is not strong.Organ donation intention is negatively correlated with fear of death.Conclusion This study shows that the willingness to donate organs in communities is at a low level,which is related to less knowledge about organ donation and fear of death.The society should actively publicize the knowledge about organ donation,and strengthen the death education to promote the development of organ transplantation.
