柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗抑郁症疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of modified Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of depression

目的探讨抑郁症患者应用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗的临床效果。方法96例抑郁症患者,应用随机数字表法将所有患者分为西药组和中药组,每组48例。西药组使用盐酸帕罗西汀进行治疗,中药组使用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、生活质量评分以及治疗后2、4、6、8周汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和中医证候评分。结果中药组治疗痊愈率75.0%、总有效率91.7%均高于西药组的43.8%、77.1%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组患者治疗后2、4、6、8周的HAMD评分、SDS评分和中医症候评分均低于西药组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药组患者一般健康状况、心理功能、躯体功能以及社会关系评分分别为(38.72±9.46)、(48.72±12.31)、(27.52±6.41)、(65.52±12.26)分,均高于西药组的(31.33±6.25)、(40.42±11.03)、(20.12±4.32)、(50.38±12.52)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在抑郁症患者的治疗中,使用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗有利于对患者的临床症状进行改善,对于提高患者的生活质量具有积极意义,治疗效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of modified Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 96 patients with depression were divided into western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group by random numerical table,with 48 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with modified Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction.The therapeutic effect,quality of life score,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score at 2,4,6,and 8 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate 75.0%and total effective rate 91.7%in the traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than 43.8%and 77.1%in the western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMD score,SDS score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score at 2,4,6 and 8 weeks after treatment in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The general health status,psychological function,somatic function,and social relationship scores in the Chinese medicine group were(38.72±9.46),(48.72±12.31),(27.52±6.41),and(65.52±12.26)points,which were higher than(31.33±6.25),(40.42±11.03),(20.12±4.32),and(50.38±12.52)points in the western medicine group,and all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction is effective in the treatment of patients with depression,and it is conducive to the improvement of the clinical symptoms of patients,and has positive significance for improving the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
