普芦卡必利联合乳果糖治疗老年难治性功能性便秘的临床效果评价

Clinical effect of prucalopride combined with lactulose in the treatment of senile patients with refractory functional constipation

目的观察普芦卡必利联合乳果糖治疗老年难治性功能性便秘(SPRFC)的临床疗效和安全性。方法110例老年难治性功能性便秘患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各55例。观察组患者给予乳果糖联合普芦卡必利治疗,对照组患者给予乳果糖联合莫沙必利治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况以及治疗前、治疗4周后的便秘评分、完全自发排便(SCBM)次数、粪便性状评分及排便困难程度评分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率83.6%显著高于对照组的58.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组患者便秘评分、SCBM次数、粪便性状评分、排便困难程度评分均优于本组治疗前,且观察组患者便秘评分(0.56±0.27)分、SCBM次数(4.51±1.59)次/周、粪便性状评分(4.98±1.14)分、排便困难程度评分(0.78±0.76)分均优于对照组的(1.57±0.26)分、(3.02±1.17)次/周、(3.76±0.99)分、(1.53±1.04)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普芦卡必利联合乳果糖能够有效治疗老年难治性功能性便秘且安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of prucalopride combined with lactulose in the treatment of senile patients with refractory functional constipation(SPRFC).Methods A total of 110 cases of senile patients with refractory functional constipation were divided into observation group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 55 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with lactulose combined with prucalopride,and patients in the control group were treated with lactulose combined with mosapride.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions,constipation score,frequency of spontaneous complete bowel movements(SCBM),stool character score and defecation difficulty score before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 83.6%,which was significantly higher than 58.2%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the constipation score,SCBM frequency,stool character score and defecation difficulty score in the two groups were better than those before treatment in this group;the constipation score in the observation group was(0.56±0.27)points,the SCBM frequency was(4.51±1.59)times/week,the stool character score was(4.98±1.14)points,and the defecation difficulty score(0.78±0.76)points,which were better than(1.57±0.26),(3.02±1.17)times/week,(3.76±0.99)points and(1.53±1.04)points of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Prucalopride combined with lactulose is effective and safety in the treatment of senile patients with refractory functional constipation.
