摘要
目的探讨锥形束CT(CBCT)联合超声骨刀在儿童埋伏牙正畸矫治中的效果。方法86例低位埋伏牙患儿,按手术方案不同分为观察组和对照组,各43例。观察组行CBCT影像下进行超声骨刀治疗术,对照组行常规埋伏牙治疗术。对比两组开窗时间和出血量、治疗效果、耐受程度。结果观察组开窗时间(25.89±0.41)s短于对照组的(31.27±0.19)s,出血量(1.13±0.16)ml小于对照组的(2.94±0.38)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.3%,高于对照组的81.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的耐受度为88.3%,高于对照组的69.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBCT联合超声骨刀在治疗埋伏牙的牵引过程中能够使手术精准有效,减轻手术的创伤,有利于埋伏牙尽快萌出,达到与邻牙排列整齐的治疗效果,具有一定的推广价值。
Objective To discuss the effect of conical beam CT(CBCT)combined with ultrasonic osteotome in orthodontic treatment of embedded teeth in children.Methods A total of 86 children with low embedded teeth were divided into observation group and control group according to different surgical plans,with 43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with ultrasonic osteotome under CBCT imaging,and the control group was treated with conventional embedded teeth treatment.The exposure time,blood loss,therapeutic effect and tolerance were compared between the two groups.Results The exposure time(25.89±0.41)s of the observation group was shorter than(31.27±0.19)s of the control group,and the blood loss(1.13±0.16)ml was less than(2.94±0.38)ml of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.3%,which was higher than 81.4%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tolerance of the observation group was 88.3%,which was higher than 69.8%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBCT combined with ultrasonic osteotome can make the operation accurate and effective,reduce the surgical trauma,facilitate the eruption of the embedded teeth as soon as possible,and achieve the therapeutic effect of orderly arrangement with the adjacent teeth.It has a certain popularization value.
