术前颈部功能锻炼对甲状腺手术患者的效果探讨

Effect of preoperative neck functional exercise on patients undergoing thyroid surgery

目的探讨分析术前颈部功能锻炼对甲状腺手术患者的效果。方法102例甲状腺手术患者,根据术前是否给予颈部功能锻炼分为对照组和研究组,每组51例。对照组患者术前没有给予任何功能锻炼,研究组患者采用术前颈部功能锻炼。比较两组患者并发症发生情况以及生活质量评分。结果术后,研究组并发症发生率5.88%低于对照组的25.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,研究组患者躯体功能、物质功能、心理功能、社会功能评分分别为(76.54±0.95)、(78.33±0.05)、(79.62±1.36)、(75.05±1.47)分,均高于对照组的(63.14±0.67)、(66.86±0.22)、(65.89±1.65)、(66.13±1.75)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对甲状腺手术患者术前采用颈部功能锻炼效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of preoperative neck functional exercise on patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods A total of 102 patients undergoing thyroid surgery were divided into control group and research group according to whether preoperative neck functional exercise was given or not,with 51 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received no preoperative functional exercise before surgery,and patients in the research group received preoperative neck functional exercise.The complication rate and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery,the complication rate 5.88%in the research group was lower than 25.49%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the physical function,material function,psychological function,social function score of the research group were(76.54±0.95),(78.33±0.05),(79.62±1.36),(75.05±1.47)points,which were higher than(63.14±0.67),(66.86±0.22),(65.89±1.65),(66.13±1.75)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative neck functional exercise has significant effect on patients undergoing thyroid surgery,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
