硫辛酸联合甘舒霖30R胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的效果

Effect of lipoic acid combined with Gansulin 30R insulin on peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的分析对2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者实施硫辛酸联合甘舒霖30R胰岛素治疗的效果。方法72例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者,经随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,每组36例。对照组实施甲钴胺+甘舒霖30R胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加硫辛酸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经传导速度、症状评分、不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率94.44%高于对照组的77.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的胫神经、正中神经、尺神经传导速度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的症状评分(6.12±0.95)分低于对照组的(7.23±1.14)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用硫辛酸联合甘舒霖30R胰岛素进行治疗具有良好的临床效果,能够改善患者的神经功能情况,缓解其临床症状,且药物安全性较稳定。

Objective To analyze the effect of lipoic acid combined with Gansulin 30R insulin on peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 72 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and peripheral neuropathy were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mecobalamin+Gansulin 30R insulin,and the observation group was additionally treated with lipoic acid on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,nerve conduction velocity,symptom score,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 94.44%of the observation group was higher than 77.78%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the conduction velocity of tibial nerve,median nerve and ulnar nerve in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score(6.12±0.95)points of the observation group was lower than(7.23±1.14)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lipoic acid combined with Gansulin 30R has good clinical effect on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and peripheral neuropathy,which can improve the neurological function of patients,relieve their clinical symptoms,and drug safety is relatively stable.
