无人机倾斜摄影测量技术在房地一体项目中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 针对传统地籍测绘成本高、周期长、入户难、效率低等问题,将倾斜摄影测量技术引入地籍测绘项目中,对任务区进行勘察,结合测区地形选择无人机和相机,并进行测区影像数据获取。采用建模软件进行空三加密及实景三维模型生产,采用裸眼测图和立体测图技术,在模型上采集地籍图,对地籍图精度进行检测,对实际项目进行验证。结果表明,生产的地籍图检测点平面位置中误差为±0.023 m,成果精度满足地籍规范要求,可为从业人员提供借鉴。 According to the problems of traditional cadastral surveying and mapping such as high cost,long period,difficulty in entering the household and low efficiency,the study introduces oblique photogrammetry technology into the cadastral surveying and mapping project;surveys the mission area,selects UAV and cameras based on the terrain of the survey area;acquires the image data of the survey area;uses modeling software for air triple encryption and real-scene 3D model production;and uses naked-eye surveying and stereo surveying technologies;collects cadastral maps on the model;and tests the accuracy of the cadastral maps.By using actual projects for verification,the error of cadastral map is±0.023 m in the plane position,and the accuracy of the results meets the requirements of the cadastral specification,which can provide an effective reference for fellow practitioners.
