勘探光电一体化多功能安全帽的机理研究

摘要 为提升地下勘探的安全性,介绍了光电一体化多功能安全帽的防护和照明功能,对氧气传感功能进行了设计和分析。选用单片机PIC16F630做为接口引脚,给出了光电一体化多功能安全帽的工作流程,分析了工作电路机理,实现了氧气传感器的缺损及脱附检测,使其进入正常作业状态。给出了光电一体化多功能安全帽总体设计电路图,对其报警机制及设置方式进行了分析,得到了光电一体化多功能安全帽的主要特征参数,为地下勘探光电一体化多功能安全帽走向市场提供了理论指导,具有一定的研制和生产价值。 In order to improve the safety of underground exploration,the study introduces the prevention and illumination function of photoelectric integrated multi-functional safety helmet,and designs and analyzes the oxygen sensing function.Based on the selection of single chip microcomputer PIC16F630 as the interface pin,the work flow of photoelectric integrated multifunctional helmet is given;the working circuit mechanism is analyzed;and the defect,desorption and detection of oxygen sensor are realized,so as to enter the state of normal operation.The overall design circuit diagram of photoelectric integrated multifunctional helmet is given,and its alarm mechanism and setting mode are analyzed.Finally,the main characteristic parameters of photoelectric integrated multifunctional helmet are obtained,to provide theoretical guidance for the marketization of underground exploration photoelectric integrated multifunctional safety helmet and the prospects for research and production.
