煤矿常见顶板事故的发生原因及防治对策

Causes and Prevention Countermeasures of Common Roof Accidents in Coal Mines

为实现安全生产目标,分析了引发煤矿顶板事故的原因,包括地质构造因素、支护因素、采煤方法不合理、开采管理不规范等。提出了煤矿顶板事故防治对策:加强对地质构造的调研分析,采取合理的支护方法,制定合理的采煤方法,规范开采管理流程。应改变传统的开采思路,制定更加科学的采煤工作流程,选用适合矿山发展的支护方法和开采方法,提高施工人员的安全意识和操作规范化意识,加强现场管理,避免出现煤矿顶板事故。

In order to achieve safety production target,the study analyzes the causes of roof accidents in coal mines,including geologic structure factor,supporting factor,irrational mining method,and not standard mining management,etc.The prevention countermeasures of roof accidents in coal mines are proposed,i.e.to promote the investigation and analysis of geological structure,adopt rational supporting method,formulate rational mining method,and regulate mining management procedure.It is suggested to change traditional mining thinking,formulate more scientific mining procedure,select suitable supporting and mining method of mine development,improve the safety and operation standard consciousness of the constructors,strengthen field management,and avoid roof accidents in coal mines.
