中国建筑业生态经济效率测度及影响因素 被引量:6

Measurement and influencing factors of eco-economic efficiency of China’s construction industry

摘要 基于Super-SBM模型测算中国建筑业的生态经济效率,并运用Tobit模型对建筑业生态经济效率影响因素进行分析。结果表明:2007—2018年中国各省份间建筑业生态经济效率存在异质性,整体表现为东部、东北、中部、西部地区依次递减;优化能源消费结构、提升居民消费水平可显著提高建筑业生态经济效率;提高技术发展水平、优化建筑业产业结构、转型发展装配式建筑和贯彻实施绿色建筑理念对于提高中国建筑业生态经济效率具有重要作用。 Super-SBM model was used to measure the eco-economic efficiency of China’s construction industry,and Tobit model was used to analyze the impact factors.The results showed that there was heterogeneity in the eco-economic efficiency of construction industry among provinces in China from 2007 to 2018,and the eco-economic efficiency levels of construction industry in the eastern,northeast,central and western regions displayed a descending order.The increase of energy consumption structure and residents’consumption level would significantly improve the eco-economic efficiency.Improving the level of technological development,optimizing the construction industry structure,transforming and developing prefabricated buildings and implementing the concept of green building played important roles in improving the eco-economic efficiency of China’s construction industry.
