摘要
德国工程师协会是工业技术文化的重要创造者和行动者,它的发展历程以技术知识传播和技术规则制订为行动导向,以与企业的密切合作为主要特色。通过分析工程师协会在教育领域的活动,可以看出,在工程技术知识和技术价值观念的引导下,德国工程师协会自建立起就在各个层面深度参与了工程教育与职业教育的发展,尤其在德国工程技术教育的宏观政策制定方面,它发挥了政策先导和决策咨询作用。在这个意义上,工程师协会对德国工业技术文化的形成与发展特别是对工程教育的壮大具有重要的影响。
The Association of German Engineers(Verein Deutscher Ingenieure,abbreviated as VDI),guided by the dissemination of technical knowledge and the formulation of technical rules,and characterized by close cooperation with enterprises,is an important creator and actor of industrial technology culture.By analyzing the association’s activities in the education field,it can be seen that based on engineering technology knowledge and technical values,the VDI has deeply participated in the development of engineering education and vocational education at all levels since its establishment.ln particularly,in the macro policy-making of engineering technology education,it has played a role in policy guidance and decisionmaking consultation.In this sense,the VDI has a profound and lasting impact on the formation and development of German industrial technology culture,not least on the growth of engineering education.
