摘要
职业院校教师企业实践政策实施将近二十载,政策的预期效用及其对教师教学能力的促进机制一直广受关注。学界针对高职教师企业实践政策效用的研究,尚处于价值建构与概念阐释阶段,缺乏具有良好信效度的评价工具及相关实证研究。经专家效度、项目分析、探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,建构了包含政策价值效用、政策内容效用和政策结果效用3个维度共14个题项的测量指标体系的高职教师企业实践政策效用感知量表。利用建构的量表,进一步验证了高职教师企业实践政策效用感知对教师教学转化能力的促进机制,同时明确了教师个体冲突调节能力在其中承担的中介作用。为整体提升企业实践政策效用,建议高职院校应为教师搭建感知企业实践效用的平台与通路、应重视教师企业实践过程冲突调节能力的中介传导机制以及重塑基于结果与应用导向的企业实践政策评价体系。
China has implemented the enterprise practice policy for teachers in vocational colleges for nearly 20 years.The expected effect of the policy and its promotion mechanism for teachers’teaching ability has been widely concerned.Existing research on the effectiveness of higher vocational teachers’enterprise practice policy is still in the stage of value construction and concept interpretation,and there is a lack of evaluation tools and relevant empirical research with good reliability and validity.This study is committed to constructing a higher vocational teachers’enterprise practice policy effective perception scale including a measurement index system based on expert validity,project analysis,exploratory factor analysis,and confirmatory factor analysis.It includes three dimensions of policy value efficiency,policy content efficiency,and policy result efficiency,with a total of 14 items.Based on that,the research further confirms the promotion mechanism of policy efficiency perception on teachers’teaching transformation ability and verifies the intermediary role of teachers’conflict regulation ability.Therefore,to improve the effectiveness of enterprise practice policy as a whole,higher vocational colleges need to build a platform and channel for teachers to perceive the effectiveness of enterprise practice,pay attention to the intermediary transmission mechanism of teachers’conflict regulation ability in the process of enterprise practice,and reshape the evaluation system of enterprise practice policy based on result and application orientation.
