摘要 作为全国最早提出并实际推动可持续学习型城市建设的城市,北京充分发挥监测引导和示范引领的促进作用,加之特色探索,点面结合走出一条可持续学习型城市的独特发展之路。文章归纳了北京建设可持续学习型城市的背景与动因,对可持续学习型城市的内涵予以阐释,在理论、政策基础上对北京可持续学习城市建设做总体构架。从监测推进、示范引领和特色探索三个点位呈现出北京可持续学习型城市的实践与创新,从市民素质提升、治理优化创新、文化内涵与生态特色总结了其建设成就,从国内国际不同层面讨论其广泛影响并对北京可持续学习型城市构建作了归纳和未来展望。 As the first city in China to propose and promote the construction of a sustainable learning city, Beijing gives full play to the role of monitoring, guidance, and demonstration. Combining with the characteristic exploration of incorporating points into planes, Beijing has embarked on a unique development path of a sustainable learning city. The research summarizes the background and motivation for building a sustainable learning city in Beijing, expounds on its connotation, then puts forward an overall framework of Beijing’s sustainable learning city based on theory and policy. Meanwhile, this paper discusses the practice and innovation of Beijing’s sustainable learning city from three aspects of monitoring and promotion, demonstration and guidance, and characteristic exploration, then summarizes its construction achievements from the improvement of citizens’ quality, governance optimization and innovation, cultural connotation, and ecological characteristics. At last, it discusses the extensive influence from different levels at home and abroad and gives summaries and prospects for the construction of Beijing’s sustainable learning city.
