邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯催化氢化工艺研究

摘要 研究了自制镍基催化剂对邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DOP)选择性加氢制备环己烷二甲酸二异辛酯的催化性能,并对催化剂使用前后的微观形貌进行了表征。考察了不同温度、压力、催化剂用量对DOP氢化反应的影响,通过催化剂使用次数考察了催化剂的稳定性,优化并得到了最佳工艺条件:反应温度160℃,反应压力4 MPa,催化剂和原料质量比0.15,反应时间2 h。催化剂重复使用8次,DOP转化率仍维持在90%以上,表明该催化剂有较好的稳定性。 The catalytic performance of self-made nickel-based catalyst for hydrogenation of diisooctyl phthalate(DOP)to 1,2-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid is studied,and the microstructure of the catalyst before and after use is characterized.The effects of temperature,pressure and catalyst dosage on DOP hydrogenation reaction are investigated.The stability of catalyst is investigated by the number of times of catalyst usage,and the optimal process conditions are obtained as follows,reaction temperature is 160℃,reaction pressure is 4 MPa,catalyst and raw material mass ratio is 0.15,and reaction time is 2 h.After the catalyst is reused eight times,the DOP conversion remaines above 90%,it shows that the catalyst had good stability.
