摘要
2018年10月11日7时10分,西藏自治区江达县波罗乡境内发生大规模的高位山体滑坡,堵塞金沙江并形成了堰塞湖,对周边以及金沙江下游人民群众的生命和财产造成威胁。本文基于遥感手段监测滑坡区域灾前的运动情况,根据滑坡运动规律监测滑坡运动的“激增点”。以Sentinel-1数据为数据源,采用偏移量追踪算法技术(Offset Tracking Technology)对灾区2015年至2018年滑坡区的运动进行监测,并采用Landsat8光学遥感数据结合归一化互相关算法(Normalized cross correlation,NCC)进行运动趋势可靠性验证。监测结果发现,滑坡区2018年4月末5月初开始运动激增。
A massive landslide in Pineo Township of Jiangda County,Northwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region,blocked the Jinsha River and formed a barrier lake at 7:10 am on October 11,2018,threatening the lives and property of people nearby and downstream of the Jinsha River.In this paper,based on the remote sensing method to monitor the movement of landslide area before disaster,the"surge point"of landslide movement is monitored according to the law of landslide movement.Using Sentinel-1 data as data source,Offset Tracking Technology was used to monitor the landslide movement in the disaster area from 2015 to 2018.Normalized cross correlation(NCC)algorithm was used to verify the reliability of motion trend.Monitoring results found that the landslide area began to surge in movement in late April and early May 2018.
