萍乡市城市土地空间结构演变及驱动机制研究

Research on the Evolution and Driving Mechanism of UrbanLand Spatial Structure in Pingxiang City

分析和预测城市土地空间结构演变规律,可以为城市产业转型和可持续发展提供决策支持。本文以萍乡市作为研究对象,利用2009—2018年土地利用数据和社会经济指标,分析其土地利用变化特征,并运用主成分分析法得到引起萍乡市土地利用变化的驱动因子。结果表明:2009—2018年,萍乡市建设用地和交通用地面积逐年增加,其中,建设用地面积变化幅度最大,交通用地面积变化速率最大;园林地、草地、耕地、工矿用地、水域和未利用地面积逐年递减,其中园林地和耕地面积减少最大;社会经济因子、人口因子、产业结构因子是引起萍乡市土地利用发生改变的主要驱动因子,人民生活水平的提高和政府管理部门的政策和规划也发挥了重要作用。研究结果将有助于萍乡市科学规划管理土地,发掘城市可持续发展的潜在空间资源,统筹和合理利用土地。

Analyzing and predicting the evolution of urban land spatial structure can provide decision support for urban industrial transformation and sustainable development.Taking Pingxiang City as the research object,using land use change data and socio-economic indicators from 2009 to 2018 to analyze its land use change characteristics.Using principal component analysis to analyze the driving factors that cause land use changes in Pingxiang City.The results show that:From 2009 to 2018,the area of construction land and transportation land in Pingxiang City increased year by year.Among them,the area of construction land changed the most,and the rate of change of transportation land was the largest;garden land,grassland,cultivated land,industrial and mining land,water area and unused land the area is decreasing year by year,among which the area of garden land and arable land has decreased the most.Socioeconomic factors,population factors,and industrial structure factors are the main driving factors that cause changes in land use in Pingxiang City.The improvement of people′s living standards and the policies and plans of government management departments also played an important role.The research results will help Pingxiang City to scientifically plan and manage land,explore the potential space resources for sustainable urban development,and make overall planning and rational use of land.
