不动产是目前百姓最重要的财产之一,为了积极推进国务院关于互联网+便民化服务总体要求,进一步深化放管服改革和优化营商环境,互联网+不动产应用受到社会的高度关注。本文以互联网+不动产应用为宗旨,以不动产网络安全为基础,以CA认证和实名认证为入口,以电子签名、电子签章为手段,以不动产安全共享控制平台为关键,最终实现互联网+不动产应用及网络安全建设,提升不动产登记能力、网络安全和服务水平,为其他行业的互联网+便民化服务提供了经验。

Real estate as one of the most important assets of the people,to actively concerned with the overall requirements of the state council on Internet plus convenience services,and further deepens the reform of the management system and optimizes the business environment,Internet plus real estate applications are highly concerned by the society.Internet plus real estate application is the purpose of this paper,based on real estate network security,CA certification and real name authentication are the entry,electronic autographs and electronic signature are the technologies,and the real estate safety sharing control platform is the key means,the Internet plus real estate application and network security construction will be realized in finally,and the real estate registration capacity,network security and service level will be improved.It provides a feasible experience for other industries in Internet plus convenience services.
