摘要
不动产登记管理系统是不动产登记工作实现信息实时更新和共享的基础,安徽省黄山市根据自身实际需求,开发了三维不动产登记管理系统,强化了不动产登记与其他不动产管理业务之间的关联。本文从三维不动产登记管理系统的概念、功能、用途等方面,详细研究了管理系统的关键技术,分析了三维不动产登记管理系统的体系结构,并详细介绍了其功能和在黄山市的应用,对不动产管理系统的建设和应用具有一定的促进作用。
The real estate registration management system is the basis for real estate registration to realize real-time update and sharing of information.Huangshan City,Anhui has developed a three-dimensional real estate registration management system based on its actual needs,which strengthens the connection between real estate registration and other real estate management businesses.This article starts with the concept,function,and use of the 3D real estate registration management system,studies the key technologies of the management system in detail,analyzes the architecture of the 3D real estate registration management system,and introduces its functions and applications in Huangshan in detail.It has a certain promoting effect on the construction and application of real estate management system.
