依托于微信小程序云开发技术,研发了一套基于微信端的不动产登记调查辅助系统。该系统引用Nodejs开源库,实现桌面端与移动端的微信平台中不动产登记的数据管理、信息整合、表格打印下载、不动产在线签章、权利人信息录入等功能,使用该系统极大地提高了不动产调查中信息登记工作的效率。

The real estate registration information management system based on mobile cloud development technology relies on WeChat app cloud development technology and develops a set of real estate registration and investigation auxiliary system based on WeChat.The system uses Nodejs open-source library to realize the functions of form printing and downloading,online signature and online entry of oblige information in WeChat terminal.Through the system,the efficiency of registration information work in real estate investigation is improved.
