摘要
目前,农村不动产测量方法精准度较低,测量范围较小。为了解决上述问题,基于无人机研究了一种新的农村不动产精准测量方法。设定传感器,利用POS数据,获得GPS导航影像控点等位置信息以及嵌入影像等地理信息,建立三维直角坐标系,将拍摄的数据映射到三维直角坐标系上,通过数据矫正技术纠正数据的物方和像方。在完成基础测量后,通过影像数据处理、构建方位的三维测图以及对不动产三维模型的坐标转换,完成精度纠正实现。实验结果表明,基于无人机倾斜摄影的农村不动产精准测量方法能够有效提高精准度,扩大测量范围。
The current rural real estate measurement methods have low accuracy and small measurement ranges.In order to solve the above problems,a new accurate measurement method of rural real estate based on drones is studied,sensors are set,POS data is used to obtain position information such as GPS navigation image control points and geographic information such as embedded images,and establish a three-dimensional rectangular coordinate system.Map the captured data to a three-dimensional rectangular coordinate system,and correct the object and image sides of the data through data correction technology.After the basic measurement is completed,it is realized through image data processing,construction of the three-dimensional mapping of the orientation,and the coordinate conversion and accuracy correction of the three-dimensional model of the real estate.The experimental results show that the accurate measurement method of rural real estate based on drone tilt photography can effectively improve the accuracy and expand the measurement range.
