多元粗骨料膏体稳态制备系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究针对戈壁料粒径较大,且级配不连续,出现两头大中间小,通过添加一定冶炼渣优化其级配组成。通过开展充填物料基本性质测试、最优配合比试验等,确定了戈壁料与冶炼渣的最佳配合参数及核心工艺参数,即戈壁料∶冶炼渣=7∶3、充填浓度为78%~80%、灰砂比在1∶6至1∶10;同时由于戈壁料中含有大量的大颗粒骨料、冶炼渣比重较大,难以实现制备高质量均质膏体料浆的技术难题。本研究提出基于进料源头实现精准计量,多环节控制混合搅拌精度的技术;并以此标准,根据戈壁料、冶炼渣的特性,研发了多元粗骨料均质混拌技术系统、混合骨料精准给料与计量技术与装置、混合骨料料浆搅拌技术与装置。实现粗骨料从进料源头上开始精准计量,严格控制多元骨料连续稳定给料,提高多元粗骨料搅拌效果,从而确保多元粗骨料膏体稳态制备,保障充填质量。 According to the characteristics of Gobi with large material diameter and discontinuous gradation(more coarse and fine particles and less medium particles),a certain proportion of smelting slag is added to optimize its gradation.The basic property test and optimal mix proportion test of filling materials are carried out,and the optimal mix parameters and core process parameters of Gobi material and smelting slag are determined,that is,Gobi material∶smelting slag=7∶3,filling concentration is 78%to 80%,and ash sand ratio is 1∶6 to 1∶10.Because Gobi material contains a large amount of large particle aggregate and the proportion of smelting slag is large,it is difficult to prepare high-quality homogeneous paste slurry.This study proposes a technology to realize accurate measurement and multi-link control of mixing accuracy based on the feed source.Based on this standard and according to the characteristics of Gobi materials and smelting slag,the multi-element coarse aggregate homogeneous mixing technology system,the mixed aggregate precise feeding and metering technology and device,and the mixed aggregate slurry mixing technology and device have been developed.It realizes the accurate measurement of coarse aggregate from the feed source,strictly controls the continuous and stable feeding of multi-component aggregate,and improves the mixing effect of multi-component coarse aggregate,so as to ensure the steady-state preparation of multi-component coarse aggregate paste and ensure the filling quality.
