摘要
围绕黑龙江省“百大项目”建设总体要求,利用卫星遥感影像资源及无人机航摄,设计并研发黑龙江省百大项目遥感监测系统,利用多期遥感影像、VR全景、现场照片视频的对比,掌握百大项目建设现状,监测与追踪项目施工进度,实现“云监工”。
Focusing on the overall requirements of the construction of "Top 100 Projects" in Heilongjiang province, this paper designs and develops the remote sensing monitoring system of Top 100 Projects in Heilongjiang province by using satellite remote sensing image resources and UAV aerial photography, and uses the comparison of multi-phase remote sensing images, VR panorama and on-site photos and videos to master the construction status of Top 100 Projects, monitor and track the construction progress of the project, so as to realize "cloud supervision".
