摘要
以哈尔滨市1:10 000比例尺地形图更新项目为例,使用国产高分辨率卫星遥感影像进行1:10 000比例尺地形图快速更新方法研究,充分发挥了国产高分辨率卫星遥感影像更新周期短、覆盖面积大、分辨率高的优势。通过具体试验全面探讨与实现了利用国产卫星遥感影像数据更新1:10 000比例尺地形图各环节关键技术。结果表明:该技术方法能够在保证更新成果精度的前提下提高生产效率、节约经济成本。
Taking the 1:10 000 scale topographic map update project of Harbin as an example, this paper studies the rapid update method of 1∶10 000 scale topographic map using domestic high-resolution satellite remote sensing images, which gives full play to the advantages of short update cycle, large coverage and high resolution of domestic high-resolution satellite remote sensing images. Through specific experiments, the key technologies of updating 1∶10 000 scale topographic map with domestic satellite remote sensing image data are comprehensively discussed and realized. The results show that this technical method can improve production efficiency and save economic cost on the premise of ensuring the accuracy of renewal results.
