摘要
以科学评估水库运行现状、精细化管理的实际需求为导向,通过多期影像时序土地利用变化规律提取、库区水上-水下三维模型一体化展示、三维立体信息管理平台搭建等关键技术研究,形成水库科学化、数字化管理体系,为相关部门提供技术支撑与保障。
According to the actual demand of scientific evaluation of the current status of reservoir operation and refined management, this paper proposes a technical route of extraction of time-series land cover changes from multi-period images, integrated display of water and underwater 3 D models, and the construction of 3 D information management platform system. It forms a scientific and digital management system for reservoirs and provides technical support for comprehensive reservoir management.
