摘要
为了更充分利用地理国情监测数据,针对省级基础地理信息数据更新所需周期长、费用高、效率低的问题,本文提出利用地理国情监测过程中获取的高分辨率遥感影像数据、收集获取的各类专题数据更新1:10 000地形图,将2种数据融合,避免了重复测绘,提高了测绘效率,节约了资源。并以黑龙江省为例,利用地理国情监测数据对1:10 000数字线划图进行更新,主要阐述了作业流程和作业方法。实验结果表明,该方法提高了基础地理信息产品的生产效率,具有一定的应用价值。
In order to make full use of the geographical national conditions monitoring data, in view of the problem in provincial basic geographic information data update such as long cycle, high cost, and low efficiency, the article puts forward using the geographical national conditions monitoring data to update 1:10 000 scale topographic map, which avoids the repetition of surveying and mapping by the fusion of two kinds of data. The efficiency of surveying and mapping is improved and resources are saved. Taking Heilongjiang province as an example, the 1:10 000 scale digital line graph is updated by using the monitoring data of geographical conditions, and the operation process and method are mainly described. The experimental results show that this method can improve the production efficiency of basic geographic information products and has a certain application value.
