基于艾伦方差的微惯性器件误差分析

摘要 在利用微惯性器件实时读取定位数据实验中,针对实验器材输出信息受温度、环境设置等因素影响,导致输出信息中含有各种各样误差有待辨识等问题,提出采用艾伦方差(Allan variance)分析方法:通过对实验数据分组实验获取每组数据平均值,再按照分析原理处理均值化后数据,按照计算公式获取方差值,绘制Allan标准差与时间关系双对数曲线,阐述了数据分析处理过程,即对定位数据获取实验实时分析,并使用分段拟合方法,获取每种误差系数。对器件误差进行研究目的在于更有效地对器件使用中伴随的误差进行标定与补偿。实验结果表明,Allan方差法能够有效地辨识微惯性器件误差成分,为惯性器件的设计提供依据,证明Allan方差方法的实用性、可靠性。 In the experiment of using the micro inertial device to read the positioning data in real time, the output information of the experimental equipment is influenced by the factors such as temperature and environment setting, which leads to a variety of errors in the output information to be identified and so on. It proposes to use Alan variance analysis method: The average value of each group is obtained by grouping the experimental data, then the data is processed according to the analysis principle, and the variance value is obtained according to the calculation formula. It draws the Allan standard deviation and time double logarithmic curve, expounds the data analysis process, namely the positioning data acquisition experiment of real time analysis, and uses the subsection fitting method, obtains each kind of error coefficient. The purpose of the research is to make the error calibration and compensation of the device more effectively. The experimental results show that the Allan variance method can effectively identify the random error components of the micro inertial devices and provide the basis for the design of inertial devices, which proves the practicability and reliability of the Allan variance method.
