The Course,Experience and Enlightenment of Guizhou′s Third-line Construction

三线建设的重大战略决策出台于20世纪60年代中期,是对中国生产力布局进行的一次大规模调整,当时经济发展落后但占据了独特地理优势和资源优势的贵州省成为三线建设的重点省份之一。贵州三线建设历程根据社会发展水平和具体进展状况,可以划分为四个建设阶段,每一个阶段都是三线建设者团结协作、艰苦创业的真实写照,体现了党和人民对民族振兴和社会发展的不懈追求。研究贵州三线建设的基本历程,总结贵州在三线建设中的宝贵经验并探讨其对当代的有益启示,对新时代赓续红色血脉、保持党的先进性、解决社会主要矛盾、推进我国经济社会协调发展和加快社会主义现代化强国建设,都具有重要现实意义。

The major strategic decision of the construction of the Third-line was made in the middle of the 1960s.It was a large-scale adjustment of China′s productivity layout.At that time,Guizhou province,which was backward in economic development but occupied unique geographical and resource advantages,became one of the key provinces implementing the Third-line construction.According to the level of social development and specific progress,Guizhou’s Third-line construction can be divided into four stages.Each stage is a true reflection of the solidarity,cooperation,and hard work of the Three-line builders,and reflects the unremitting pursuit of the Party and the people for national rejuvenation and social development.This paper studies the basic course of Guizhou′s Third-line construction,summarizes Guizhou′s valuable experience in the Third-line construction and discusses its beneficial enlightenment to the contemporary society.It is of great practical significance to continuously maintain the red blood vein in the new era,maintain the party′s advanced nature,solve the main social contradictions,promote the coordinated economic and social development of China,and accelerate the construction of a modern socialist country.
