略论三线建设对西南地区城市基础设施的促进作用

On the Facilitation of the Third-line Construction to the Urban Infrastructure in Southwest China

三线建设时期,国家在西南地区开展了一系列建设,一大批国防、能源、交通等项目迅速铺开,这些项目推动了西南地区包括铁路建设、公路桥梁、航运事业、通讯基础设施、电力事业等在内的一大批城市基础设施的发展。与此同时,三线建设还为西南地区城市提供了智力支撑和文化基因,高校的迁移和中高职业学校的建立都为推动西南地区的整体发展提供了不可忽视的动力。

During the period of the Third-line construction,a series of construction was carried out in southwest China.A large number of projects of national defense,energy,transportation,etc.were rapidly launched.These projects have promoted the development of a large number of urban infrastructure in southwest China,including railways,highways,bridges,shipping,telecom infrastructure,and electricity utility.At the same time,the Third-line construction has also provided intellectual support and cultural genes for the cities in southwest China.The migration of colleges and the establishment of middle and high vocational schools have provided a driving force that cannot be ignored to promote the overall development of southwest China.
