摘要
新型研发机构是创新活动一体化的开放式创新主体,已成为推动产业升级和创新驱动发展的重要平台。高校具有建设新型研发机构的天然优势,将有效弥补创新鸿沟、降低交易成本,提升国家整体创新能力。本文分析了高校新型研发机构的三种建设模式,采用模糊层次分析法构建了模式选择评价方法,旨在为高校建设新型研发机构提供理论参考和实践借鉴。
As an open innovation subject integrated with innovation activities,the new R&D institutions have become an important platform to promote industrial upgrading and innovation-driven development.Colleges and universities have the natural advantage of building new R&D institutions,which will effectively bridge the innovation gap,reduce the transaction costs,and enhance the country′s overall innovation capacity.This paper analyzes three construction modes of new R&D institutions in colleges and universities,and devises the evaluation method of mode selection by Fuzzy AHP,aiming at providing theoretical and practical references for colleges and universities.
