摘要 本文阐述了高等教育工程创新人才所需的基本能力以及当前人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了设计思维驱动的高等教育工程创新人才培养模式:构建全面的创新课程体系,依次递进、有机衔接;校企深度协同联合培养,产、教、创三链融合;多学科交叉,开展PBL项目引导式教学;搭建多主体参与的实践平台和科学的创新制度体系,针对性地培养当前高等教育工程创新人才欠缺的能力,并提供实践保障。经过多年实践检验,该模式有效提升了创新人才培养质量。 This paper expounds on the basic abilities of engineering innovative talents and the problems existing in the current talent training process,and puts forward the training mode of engineering innovative talents driven by design thinking:building up a comprehensive innovative curriculum system which may carry out the training step by step and engage different training sections organically;realizing the in-depth training through the collaboration of schools and enterprises with the resultant three-chain integration of production,education,and innovation;applying PBL in multi-disciplinary guide teaching;building up a practice platform for multi-stakeholder and a scientific institutional system for innovation,which may cultivate the ability that the current engineering innovation talents lack and provide practical guarantee.After years of practice,this mode has effectively improved the quality of talent training.
