摘要
介绍一种开工过程中转化催化剂还原新技术,该技术适用于无备用氢源,以及天然气作为原料的制氢装置。在制氢装置热氮循环升温过程中,转化炉管内温度达到600℃以上和转化配汽量能保证水碳比大于7的条件下,天然气进入转化炉后,很快裂解生成碳和氢气,裂解的氢气通过系统循环能够对转化剂进行还原,还原后转化剂具有初步活性,能够使甲烷和水蒸气发生转化反应,产生更多的氢气;随着转化剂还原完毕,即可直接提高装置天然气进料量。该技术操作简单,不仅降低外购氢气成本,还缩短开工时间,减少开工过程中的操作步骤,同时避免车载氢气并入装置开工循环系统带来的系列安全隐患。
This paper introduces a new technology of conversion catalyst reduction in the startup process of hydrogen production plant.The technology is suitable for the startup of hydrogen production plant in a petrochemical enterprise with no reserve hydrogen source and natural gas as raw material(feedstock).In the heating process with hot nitrogen cycle in the hydrogen plant,when the conversion furnace tube temperature is above 600℃and the conversion steam distribution keeps the water-carbon ratio above 7,the natural gas entering the conversion furnace is quickly pyrolyzed into carbon and hydrogen.The hydrogen can reduce the conversion agent in the circulation system,and the reduced conversion agent has preliminary activity after reduction,which can convert methane and steam into more hydrogen.With the gradual reduction of the conversion agent,the reduction of the conversion agent is completed,and the natural gas feed into of the plant can be directly increased.This technology is simple to operate,which reduces the cost of outsourcing hydrogen,shortens the startup time,reduces the operation steps in the startup process,and avoids a series of safety risks caused by the complex operation of truck-transported hydrogen feeding into the startup circulation system of the plant.
