加氢裂化装置的能耗分析及节能优化措施 被引量:4

摘要 影响加氢裂化装置能耗的主要因素是电、燃料气、蒸汽等。该文依据三环节模型对加氢裂化装置的用能过程进行深入分析,提出装置节能优化方向。在能量转换和传输环节采取切削机泵叶轮、提高加热炉热效率、加强节电管理等措施;在能量利用环节采取更换催化剂、控制合适的氢油比、降低汽提蒸汽量等措施;在能量回收环节采取提高进料温度、回收装置凝结水的热量、调整分馏塔中段回流、优化低温热利用等措施。通过一系列调整,装置能耗在2019年降低至17.38 kgEO/t原料,可增加效益约1872万元/年。 The main factors affecting the energy consumption of hydrocracking unit are the consumption of electricity,fuel gas,steam and so on.Based on the three-link model of process energy utilization analysis,the energy utilization process of hydrocracking unit is analyzed in depth,and the direction of energy saving optimization of the unit is put forward.In the link of energy conversion and transmission,measures have been taken,such as cutting machine pump impeller,improving heating furnace thermal efficiency,and strengthening power-saving management.In the process of energy utilization,some measures have aldo been taken,such as replacing the catalyst in the fourth bed of cracking reactor with FC-80 catalyst,controlling the appropriate hydrogen-oil ratio,and reducing the steam content of stripping.In the energy recovery process,measures are taken to increase the feed temperature,recover the heat of condensate,adjust the reflux in the middle section of the fractionator,and optimize the utilization of low-temperature heat.Through a series of the measures,the energy consumption of the unit was reduced to 17.38 kgEO/t raw materials in 2019,with an annual benefit of about 18.72 million yuan.
