摘要
目前,石油化工装置推进绿色低碳生产应用、着力节能降耗是发展大趋势。ORC热水发电技术在国产化芳烃装置的成功应用标志着该技术在石油化工行业的可行性,也为石油化工行业低温余热的回收利用提供范例。目前第二套ORC热水发电系统在国产化芳烃装置开车成功,并在首套基础上做了大量优化,大幅提高了系统的可操作性、安全性和稳定性,满足了大型芳烃装置对ORC热水发电系统安稳长满优运行的需求,进一步降低了芳烃联合装置的能耗。
At present,green,low-carbon,energy-saving and consumption-reducing operations are the main trends in petrochemical plants.With the successful application of ORC hot water power generation technology in the first set of domestic aromatics unit,it indicates the feasibility of the application of ORC low temperature hot water power generation technology in petrochemical industry and provides a good example for the recovery and utilization of low temperature waste heat in petrochemical industry.At present,the second ORC hot water power generation system has been successfully started in the domestic aromatics unit,the second ORC hot water power generation system has also been successfully started,and a lot of optimizations have been made on the basis of the first ORC hot water power generation system.It greatly improves the operability,safety,and stability of the ORC hot water power generation system.The utility model can meet the requirements of the large-scale aromatics unit for the stable and optimal operation of the ORC hot water power generation system,and further reduce the energy consumption of the aromatics unit.
