无机膜胺液净化技术工业应用

摘要 目前炼厂干气、液化石油气脱硫装置的乙醇胺溶剂存在杂质含量较高,降解快,易发泡夹带跑损,对设备腐蚀严重等问题,需要频繁更换新鲜胺液。某石化企业采用无机膜净化技术,对富胺液进行在线连续净化处理。连续1年的工业运行结果表明,无机膜净化胺液可在较温和操作条件下进行,且无机膜装置运行稳定,具有良好的清洗再生性能,满足炼厂装置安全、连续、稳定生产的要求。净化后富胺液中的悬浮物降至5 mg/L、油类杂质降至55~58 mg/L;胺液系统内过滤器、塔设备堵塞问题得到明显改善;且无机膜净化系统能够节约约75万元/年的能耗及其他运行成本,增加企业效益。 At present,ethanolamine solvents in dry gas and liquefied petroleum gas desulfurization unit in refineries have problems of high impurity content,rapid degradation,easy foaming and loss,and serious corrosion of equipment,requiring frequent replacement of fresh amine liquid.A petrochemical company uses inorganic membrane purification technology to carry out online continuous purification of rich amine liquid.The results of continuous industrial operation for one year show that the inorganic membrane purification of amine liquid can be carried out under mild operating conditions,and the inorganic membrane device runs stably,which has good cleaning and regeneration performance,and can meet the requirements of safe,continuous and stable operation of its refinery plants.After purification,the suspended matter in the amine-rich liquid is reduced to 5 mg/L,and the oil impurities are reduced to 55-58mg/L.After the use of inorganic membrane purification,the blockage of filter and tower equipment in the amine liquid system is significantly improved,which improves the problems in the amine liquid system.At the same time,the inorganic membrane purification system can bring about 750,000 yuan/year from reduced energy consumption and other operating costs to increase the benefits for the company.
