摘要 针对目前超高层建筑火灾防控普遍存在的消防安全管理不规范、消防设施未有效完全监控等问题,采用解释结构模型法和考虑交叉影响的德尔菲法,建立超高层建筑新型消防安全风险评估模型;采用物联网、云计算、大数据和人工智能等新兴技术,构建融合新型消防安全风险评估模型的火灾监测预警平台。选取深圳某超高层建筑开展应用示范,测试结果表明:火警监测预警平台安全可靠,可全面提升超高层建筑消防安全风险等级。 To tackle the challenges of improper fire management and incomplete monitoring of fire facilities in super high-rise buildings,a novel fire risk evaluation model for super high-rise buildings was developed,using Interpretative Structural Modeling and Delphi method considering crossinfluence.Then,a fire monitoring and early warning platform integrating a novel fire risk evaluation model was established,using emerging technologies like the internet of things,cloud computing,big data,and artificial intelligence.A super high-rise building in Shenzhen was selected to carry out applied demonstration,the results show that the platform is safe and reliable to comprehensively improve the level of fire risk for super high-rise buildings.
